DOSIMETRY / INGREDIENT WEIGHER – 2ND SHIFT

Location: Zephyrhills, FL
Pay: $16/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and every other Saturday
Industry: Food Manufacturing

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dosimetry / Ingredient Weigher to support our food production operation. This position is responsible for accurately weighing and preparing ingredients according to production formulas and ensuring all materials are correctly identified and documented.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to production formulas and recipes.
• Prepare and load ingredients into the appropriate containers, mixers, or production systems.
• Verify the correct ingredient, quantity, lot number, and batch information.
• Operate scales and ingredient dosing equipment.
• Record ingredient quantities, material usage, batch numbers, and production information.
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dosing area.
• Work closely with the production and mixing teams.
• Perform repetitive standing and lifting throughout the shift.
• Handle and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all production procedures and assigned schedules.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, ingredient weighing, batching, or a similar production environment is preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and handle ingredients.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic English is a plus.
• Must be available to work weekends and every other Saturday .
• Must follow strict food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Smoke-free facility.
• Clean-shaven; no beards or mustaches.

Interview Information

Interviews will be conducted by the supervisor Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
