Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support enterprise technology and transformation initiatives in Sleepy Hollow, New York. This long-term consulting opportunity will support the IT Strategic Projects team, with a particular focus on change management, communications, and AI-related transformation initiatives. The Change Manager will partner with cross-functional project teams and business leaders to develop and execute strategies that prepare employees for change, drive adoption, and maximize the value of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include applying established change management methodologies and standards, developing and overseeing comprehensive change management plans, conducting change impact and business readiness assessments, supporting strategic communication and employee training programs, partnering with project teams and business leaders, building stakeholder relationships, defining and tracking adoption and readiness metrics, enhancing IT change management processes and frameworks, partnering with IT Learning & Development, administering enterprise engagement tools, and supporting additional technology and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field and 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives. Experience supporting technology, process, or enterprise transformation initiatives is required, while project management experience and a change management certification such as Prosci are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Location & Contract

• This is a hybrid, long-term contract position located in Sleepy Hollow, New York.

Salary & Benefits

• The position offers a W2 hourly rate of $100 to $130, along with additional benefits including healthcare, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, sick days, and a 401(k) program.
